His Eminence, the 4th Jamgon Kongtrul Rinpoche, gave his first public teaching as part of the Commemoration of the Jamgon Kongtrul Lineage Ceremony. The event took place during the 30th Kagyu Monlam Chenmo in Bodhgaya, India.
